Juilliard NOW at Lincoln Center

Restart Stages at Lincoln Center brings back live performances to NYC this spring!

As part of this revival of performing arts in New York City, The Juilliard School will present: “Juilliard NOW”.

Cesar Andres Parreño and Seonwoo Lee will perform a set of selections from the Opera L’elisir d’amore by Gaetano Donizetti in the first half of the Juilliard NOW program.

“This open house features a program of opera arias, scenes, and song repertoire presented by students from Juilliard’s Ellen and James S. Marcus Institute for Vocal Arts. It will also include a performance by the Ulysses Quartet, which serves as Juilliard’s graduate resident string quartet and whose members are Lisa Arnhold Fellows. One of the most prestigious programs for educating singers, the Marcus Institute offers young artists programs tailored to their talents and needs. Notable alumni include Simon Estes, Renée Fleming, Leontyne Price, Risë Stevens, Tatiana Troyanos, and Shirley Verrett as well as more recent graduates Paul Appleby, Julia Bullock, Sasha Cooke, John Holiday, Isabel Leonard, Erin Morley, Susanna Phillips, and Davóne Tines.”
